Hi,

1) In your situation, as an SPR you are not eligible to purchase alone.
2) Yes, you can be the only owner with your spouse as an occupier. But you have to include your spouse's name in the resale application.
3) You and your spouse also must be holding SPR status for at least 3 years in order to be eligible for the application.
4) Your spouse shall be automatically listed as an essential occupier in this application.
5) She may not need to be present for the completion since she is not the owner.
6) Do you mean that your wife owns a residential property overseas? She will have to sell it off within 6 months upon key collection of the purchase.
7) In view of this special period, you may appeal to HDB to extend the disposal deadline since she might not be able to come over to stay with you in this purchase, and still need a place to stay.
